Tomorrow is a HUGE day for our family!!
We wanted to share the cheer with our great friends at Emily and Weston's school.
With both of the kids birthdays being in summer, we haven't been able to do a special celebration at school before.

We also celebrated in Emmy's class, but I didn't get pics.
3 year olds only have SO MUCH patience when they know you have cupcakes.
But, they all knew we were celebrating Weston!!

A year already? Wow! Weston is such a happy and handsome little man. Thank God for the donor family and Weston's fabulous recovery. GD
I have a special place in my heart for the family that gave Weston the gift of life. I hope and pray they are doing well. Weston is so cute and special. I really enjoyed being with Weston and Emily last week-end. They are a lot of fun to be with.
A very special thanks to GOD for the second chance for Weston. Keep up the good work Weston!!
