Emily Jr.'s 12 Week Check Up

This afternoon, B and I went to see how E Jr. was doing...
sans Emily.
Last time, we took her so she could see the ultrasound. Let's just say she was less than impressed and let EVERYONE know.

Anywho. Baby II is doing well. Measuring 3 days ahead of schedule and has long legs like his/her sister did. This little one is not as wiggly as Miss Emily was. That may be a blessing!

Baby II likes to stretch out and wave :)
Heart rate sounded good at 162 bpm.

I keep dreaming that it is a boy. I am taking the IntelliGender home test tomorrow. We shall see!

18 Months and Counting

EmilyLemily had her 18 month check up this morning.
Stats:
Height: 35.5"
Weight: 24lbs 12oz

Stat Discussion:
This child is a mere 1/2" under 3 feet tall. She is 18 months old!! She is a giant. Seriously, she is. She is over an inch above the 95th percentile line on the growth chart. I don't know what that is, technically; we'll just stick with Amazon.

Amazingly, she is right around the 50th percentile for weight. Why amazing? Because she barely eats! Breakfast is usually a home run, the rest of the day, we are dependent on milk for nutrients!

The doctor said she looked great and had no concerns. She did get a flu shot, though. :( Mommy hates that as much, if no more than the E. :'(

"Lemyisms" at 18 months:
Such a sweet girl. If you are laying on the ground, she will cover you up with a blanket and pat you on the back...after she sits on you first, of course.

Crazy baby. Runs around the house screeching and hollering about nothing in particular.

Chip off of the Daddy's Block. No concept of fear! Climbing, jumping and planning stunts!

Momma's lovey. ALWAYS waiting and so excited to see Mommy when she comes home from work!

This funny, naughty, lovable, mischievous baby makes my heart sing!
